Warrior Within is a movement by Dhaka Flow designed to inspire the youth through fitness, mindfulness, and sustainability. Over three action-packed days, we’ll bring together wellness enthusiasts, adventure seekers, and changemakers to reconnect with their bodies, minds, and communities. We’re thrilled to open this transformative experience to the wider Dhaka city community and can’t wait for you to be a part of it!

Air Force BASECAMP
Located in the heart of Dhaka, inside the Bangladesh Air Force Museum, Air Force BASECAMP is an urban adventure hub designed for those who love movement, nature, and challenge. This unique location provides the perfect setting for Warrior Within, blending fitness, mindfulness, and adventure in an exciting, outdoor environment.

What to Expect at Warrior Within:
· Empowering Wellness Workshops – Yoga, breath work, meditation, and sound healing
· Adventure Challenges – Rock climbing, boot camps, strength training, and obstacle courses
· Activities: High-rise treetop courses, zip-lining, and ground obstacle challenges etc.
· Mindful Eating & Sustainability – A plant-based food market promoting healthy, eco-friendly choices
· Live Music & Art – Celebrate with performances, movement therapy, and interactive art spaces
